Memory Care Aide $19-21 3p-11p (Full Time)

We are looking for a Memory Care Aide to join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments and be a patient observer to discover residents’ interests and abilities.

Requirements

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Have a high school diploma, or equivalent
• Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Have a positive and energetic attitude
• Possess computer skills
• Be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
• Be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Be criminally cleared
