Weekend Warrior Memory Care Aide $22-24 3p-11p (Full Time)

We are looking for a Weekend Warrior Memory Care Support Partner to join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community at Solon. As a Memory Care Support Partner, you will be responsible for creating human connection with residents during vulnerable moments, discovering their interests and abilities, and setting the stage for a successful day. You will also be responsible for documenting resident care and changes in condition, and assisting with the orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• Criminally cleared.
