Associate, Guest Experience Operations

The Associate, Guest Experience Operations provides outstanding customer service throughout both Crystal Bridges and The Momentary, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all guests, staff, artwork, and property. This role includes evening and weekend hours, and the Associate will be the primary contact for guests while circulating through scheduled posts.

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer service to all members, guests, and colleagues
• Circulate frequently through scheduled posts to ensure safety and wellbeing
• Interact directly with guests and members to process admissions and answer questions
• Relay information about exhibitions, events, and amenities
• Report criminal activity, fire, and safety hazards
• Circulate frequently to deter acts of vandalism and ensure guest safety
• Assist guests with visit and ticketing options
• Stay informed on new and current information regarding institutional offerings
• Balance individual cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures
• Assist with Guest Experience Operations oriented tasks
• Handle evacuations and difficult situations
• Provide escorts for individuals going through the galleries
• Drive company vehicles
