Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced IT Operations Specialist / System Administrator to join the team, providing day-to-day end-user support and maintaining daily operations in a practical, on-site role focused on end-user support, office infrastructure, and core IT services.
Requirements
- Provide day-to-day end-user support (on-site and remote).
- Set up and maintain Windows and macOS workstations.
- Manage user accounts and access in Google Workspace, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding.
- Support office network equipment (MikroTik, HP Aruba, Wi-Fi, switching).
- Administer Windows Server and basic Linux systems.
- Work with the ticketing system and document solutions.
- Maintain IT documentation and internal knowledge base.
- Coordinate with vendors when needed.
