Training Program Manager

The Training Program Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering customer training programs, as well as serving as a senior-level product evangelist and customer advocate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, instructional design, training, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, customer education, or training program development
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills
• Strategic thinking and project management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of comfort with technology and e-learning tools
