Requirements
- 1+ years of closing experience in a high-velocity sales environment
- Professional-level fluency in both German and English
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in outbound prospecting and building territory and account plans
- Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
