The Solutions team at Asana drives customer acquisition and accelerates revenue growth through a mastery of strategic sales and Asana platform expertise.
Requirements
- Partner closely with Account Executives across Top Accounts, Enterprise, and Emerging Enterprise to execute account strategies that expand ARR and maximize customer retention.
- Own all pre-sales technical activities, including technical discovery, solution architecture, live demonstrations, and custom proof-of-concept builds.
- Identify high-value enterprise use cases and design original, AI-first solutions that position Asana Intelligence as a critical, strategic layer for the enterprise.
- Navigate and influence complex enterprise organizations by translating deep technical AI capabilities into clear business value for C-suite sponsors, IT security gatekeepers, and PMO champions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing teams to feed real-world client signals back into our product roadmap.
