Requirements
- 10+ years in Solution / Sales Engineering, with 5+ leading SE teams
- A track record of winning large enterprise deals in CX, contact center, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS
- Genuine technical depth
- Executive presence with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of CX, plus the willingness to be hands-on in a demo
- Builder’s instincts
