
Job description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all preventive maintenance, maintenance, and repair activities for ASARCO Ray Mine's mobile equipment fleet. This role ensures the safe, efficient, timely, and reliable operation of both conventional and autonomous equipment through the effective execution of preventive maintenance activities.
Champion a zero-harm safety culture, plan and execute maintenance activities safely and efficiently, conduct daily safety meetings, and lead incident investigations. Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance activities, and maintain and optimize PM schedules, checklists, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of diesel engines, heavy mobile mining equipment, and autonomous haul technologies, as well as experience with MineStar and Vision Link systems, PI Vision and Power BI for data analysis and reporting, and oil analysis and condition monitoring programs.
