Job Description
Provides day to day direction to Dining Services staff, plans schedules, and ensures food service meets standards. Oversees food service, provides training, and acts as Manager on Duty. Qualifications: 3 years culinary management experience, ServSafe Certification, high school diploma or equivalent.
