Job Description
We are looking for a Proposal Manager to lead, coordinate, and produce high impact, compliant, and compelling proposals in response to U.S. Federal and State Government RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs. The ideal candidate will have experience writing and developing proposals, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong understanding of Federal Government acquisition processes.
Requirements
- B.A./B.S. degree
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in federal proposal management
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of Federal Government acquisition processes and applicable regulations
- Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and personal accountability for quality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and proposal automation tools
