The Call Center Operator I - Spanish is a full-time position responsible for receiving and relaying incoming telephone calls for APHCV. The operator will provide customer service, answer patient inquiries, and perform various administrative tasks. APHCV is a tobacco-free organization and requires all employees to comply with standards of conduct and compliance programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma and 1-year minimum working experience in a Community Based Organization or Customer Service
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency in written and verbal English and Spanish
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Proficiency in PC– working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, NextGen, Intranet and Internet
