Call Center Assistant (Bilingual- Spanish)

Full-time Call Center Assistant role supporting patient care by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing language services to non-English speaking patients. Honors Community Health is a 501c3 Federally Qualified Health Center serving the underserved of Oakland County.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of experience in front-line customer service or in a similar call center position
• Experience working in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in using Electronic Medical Records preferred
• A flexible and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
