We are seeking a Payroll Account Executive to lead client relationships and oversee payroll operations across a growing portfolio of clients. This role is designed for someone who understands payroll but prefers to operate at a higher level, focusing on client experience, accuracy, and team oversight.
Requirements
- 5+ years of payroll experience
- Experience with systems such as PRISM HCM, Paylocity, ADP, Rippling or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax fundamentals
- Proven ability to manage client relationships
- Experience leading or mentoring team members preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional communicator
