Requirements

• Awareness of daily production schedule
• Coordinate, organize, and assign subordinates daily job tasks
• Assure that metal detector is operational
• Monitor and control freezer temperature and core temperature to specification
• Monitor and control that the daily code, case labels, and retail bags are accurate
• Ensures that case code is legible
• Monitor and control that packaging documents are filled out accurately, legibly, and timely
• Assure that sufficient packaging materials are available for daily activities
• Monitor and control that Packaging areas are maintained organized and safe for performing daily activities
• Monitor and control that Packaging employees are performing tasks to standards
• Ensures employees are wearing the proper protective freezer clothing issued when performing job tasks
• Monitor and control that employees are operating equipment safely and as expected
• Ensures that employees are adhering to GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Ensures that all data entry is entered accurately and on a timely manner
• Additional tasks may be assigned as needed
