Job Description
We are seeking a Procurement Analyst, Indirects to join our team in our Los Angeles, HQ. In this role, you will support and optimize Indirect Procurement processes by managing our SAP ECC, SAP SRM, and Ariba systems, resolving supplier and system issues, running RFx events, and ensuring accurate sourcing data for bakeries and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to structure and solve complex or ambiguous problems
- Strong research, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience with SAP and Ariba (preferred)
- Ability to work Central Time 8 AM–5 PM (equivalent to 6 AM–3 PM Pacific)
- Ability to work onsite four days per week in a hybrid model
