Requirements

• Lead daily manufacturing operations ensuring strong performance in safety, food quality, production throughput, waste reduction, and training
• Develop and implement strategies, processes, and programs aligned with Aspire Bakeries’ operating system and long‐term business goals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize line speeds, changeovers, waste, and operational efficiency
• Manage departmental budgets, labor planning, and resource allocation while supporting annual budgeting processes
• Build, coach, and develop high‐performing teams through effective performance management, recognition, and engagement
