Requirements

• Provide day‐to‐day operational leadership, coaching, and escalation support to shift Supervisors
• Monitor staffing, line performance, run settings, and documentation accuracy to ensure execution of production plans
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and workforce effectiveness
• Ensure accurate production data, timekeeping, material usage, and ERP (e.g., SAP) data integrity
