Sr, Supervisor, Bakery-Production - 2nd Shift

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Sr. Supervisor, Bakery–Operations to join their team at their Swedesboro, NJ bakery. The role requires providing on-shift operational leadership, supporting Supervisors, and driving consistent execution of production plans.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in regulated manufacturing environments (food, beverage, pharma, etc.)
• Demonstrated on‐floor leadership experience (lead operator, team lead, informal leadership, etc.)
