Sr, Supervisor, Bakery-Production - 1st Shift

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Sr. Supervisor, Bakery-Operations to provide on-shift operational leadership and support Supervisors across all lines. Requirements

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership, coaching, and escalation support to shift Supervisors
• Monitor staffing, line performance, run settings, and documentation accuracy to ensure execution of production plans
• Partner with cross-functional teams (FSQA, Maintenance, Sanitation, Planning) to resolve operational issues promptly
• Reinforce standard work, GMP compliance, safety protocols, and operational readiness across all lines
• Coordinate Supervisor coverage, shift communication, and reporting across production
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and workforce effectiveness
• Ensure accurate production data, timekeeping, material usage, and ERP (e.g., SAP) data integrity
