Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelorâs degree strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in regulated manufacturing environments (food, beverage, pharma, etc.)
- Demonstrated onâfloor leadership experience (lead operator, team lead, informal leadership, etc.)
- Ability to influence teams without direct authority and support consistent execution across shifts
- Schedule flexibility to adjust hours based on operational priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to learn ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong communication, decisionâmaking, and coaching skills
