Job Description
Aspire Bakeries is seeking a FSQA Technician to join their team at their Van Nuys Bakery. The role involves conducting food safety and quality sampling, testing, and documentation in compliance with Aspire Bakeries standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of experience in a food safety or quality assurance role
- Working knowledge of food safety regulations, cGMPs, and HACCP principles
- Ability to operate food safety and quality equipment such as scales, metal detectors, ovens, and measuring devices
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
