Requirements

• Conduct food safety and quality sampling, testing, and verification to meet AIMS, regulatory, and customer requirements
• Identify and report non-conforming raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Perform pre-operational, GMP, hygiene, and food-safety inspections across bakery operations
