Requirements

• Conduct food safety and quality sampling, testing, and verification to meet AIMS, regulatory, and customer requirements
• Identify and report non‐conforming raw materials, in‐process, and finished products
• Perform pre‐operational, GMP, hygiene, and food‐safety inspections across bakery operations
• Verify compliance with cGMPs, HACCP, Preventive Controls, and CCP requirements
• Accurately complete quality documentation, records, and system entries
• Communicate food, equipment, or personnel safety concerns immediately to leadership
• Support Food Safety Team activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
