Senior Director Business Development Mission Software Solutions

ASRC Federal is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to lead business development efforts for the Mission Software Solutions business within the Defense & Intel Business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning new business and working all phases of capture lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience leading strategic Business Development, Captures or master’s degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience
• Existing relationships within U.S. Navy customers and or knowledge of related DoD platforms, capabilities, data, software needs
• Proven ability to derive strategic solutions and win themes against vaguely defined requirements
• Success in leading multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the opportunity lifecycle
• Aptitude to perform at high levels in a fast paced, matrixed environment with minimal or no supervision
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation communication skills
• Flexible to work and lead teams through remote, in-office, or in a classified environment based on opportunity requirements and business need
• Current security clearance, Secret or Top-Secret Clearance
