Job Description
Asset Living is a third-party management firm that provides maintenance support functions across multiple locations within a designated region. This role will be responsible for providing technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the Company's standards.
Requirements
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Ability to work a schedule during normal work hours and that may be other than Monday-Friday, 8-5
- Consistent, regular and in person attendance during regular working hours at the workplace is required
