Job Description
The Relocation Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing resident relocations within affordable housing apartment communities. This role ensures all relocation activities are conducted in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Housing, Social Work, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in affordable housing, property management, relocation services, or resident services
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs and regulations (HUD, LIHTC, URA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
