Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within a B2B context, preferably in SaaS and/or industrial sales
- 4+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong emphasis on team coaching and development
- Proficiency in tracking, forecasting sales pipeline, and revenue growth
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging, and collaborative environment
- A strong drive to succeed and a passion for sales excellence and best practices
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
- Experience with marketing and sales automation software
