Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager at AssistIQ, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers and their satisfaction with AssistIQ products. You will partner with the existing team to refine processes and generate best practices to support the development of a scalable customer success model.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar health care technology focused CSM role
- Experience managing operations stakeholders in a hospital or clinical setting
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally internally & escalate customer needs efficiently to ensure customer needs are being met and exceeded
- Excellent interpersonal skills
