
Job description
Join the Associated Materials Innovations team as a Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to the research, identification, and data collection related to production processes to ensure sustained, high-quality production. Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
Identify established set up and operating parameters for production lines, collaborate with production technicians, coordinate with New Product Development and Engineering, conduct problem-solving activities, and investigate and propose sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
This role requires a University or College degree/diploma in a related field, 3+ years of experience, and above-average skills with Microsoft suite of tools. The ideal candidate is able to travel 50% of the time, has excellent professional presentation and verbal communication skills, and demonstrates innovative thinking and initiative.
