Facility Supervisor (Solano)

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of ASI facilities and programs, serving as the first responder to injuries and leading emergency response efforts. This role provides general safety oversight of ASI programs within specific facilities and represents ASI with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student at Cal Poly with a minimum of 6 units
• Current American Red Cross certification (or equivalent) in Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED
• CA Driver's License with a driving record acceptable to ASI's insurance underwriters
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Facility security experience preferred
• Experience with program participation preferred
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Customer service skills and ability to work with a wide range of populations
• Experience with administration, supervision, advising or public relations
• General knowledge of program services of the Recreation Center
• Experience in leadership or management
• Ability to receive constructive criticism to support leadership development

Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $17.40 per hour
• Maximum 20 hours per week
