Job Description
Frontline Services Student Assistant-Physical Education and Aquatics Center PEAC: responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment, providing customer service, and performing various tasks such as equipment check-out, sales transactions, and towel service.
Requirements
- Must be a currently enrolled student at Cal Poly with a minimum of 6 units.
- Excellent customer service skills, previous customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with cash handling and accounting functions.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to stay focused while working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within a various population and with those from various cultural backgrounds, specific needs, or limitations.
Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour
- Maximum 20 hours per week.
- May require working early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
