Job Description
Tier 2 Mac/Windows Support Specialist providing hardware and software support for Windows and Mac desktops and laptops, configuring and testing printers and scanners, and supporting users with file shares and permissions issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years related experience
- 6 months experience with a vocational technical school certificate (CompTIA A+ Apple support) is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Strong experience supporting iOS and macOS up to Monterey
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent documentation, collaborative and communication skills, both written and verbal
