Job Description
Astor's Family Therapy and Support program is looking for a Social Worker to provide in-home assessment and treatment to children and their families. The target population includes youth adjudicated as JD, PINS, and those at risk of out-of-home placement. This role involves on-site visits to locations outside of the immediate program areas.
Requirements
- Valid vehicle operator’s license
- Ability to climb and descend stairs
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to complete assessments (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC)
