Job Description
As a Clinician in the Children and Family Treatment and Supports (CFTS) program, you will provide therapeutic support to families in their homes and communities. You'll conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based interventions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and develop individualized treatment plans. This role offers flexible scheduling, clinical supervision, and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in New York state (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
- Experience working with families in a therapeutic setting
- Strong understanding of family systems and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in clinical documentation
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Outgoing personality with confidence and problem-solving skills
