Job Description
This Team Member (TM.) role is focused on supporting all operational processes within a Home Décor retailer. The role involves maintaining a positive attitude, excellent customer service, and contributing to a customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include handling customer, freight, and merchandising duties, as well as maintaining store cleanliness and assisting with daily tasks.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Clear communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
