This Temporary Executive Assistant position provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Associate Vice President (AVP), including coordination of daily activities, communications, and special projects.
Requirements
- Manage, schedule, and prioritize the AVP's daily calendar
- Analyze and prioritize incoming communications, memos, reports, and submissions
- Draft and respond to routine correspondence, including emails and formal communications
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support meetings, events, and institutional initiatives
