Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst in Chennai, India (Hybrid), you'll manage day-to-day AR calling activities and support denial management within RCM operations to improve outcomes and operational consistency.

Requirements

• Conduct AR calling activities to support timely patient or payer follow-up
• Manage denial-related work by identifying denial causes and ensuring appropriate next steps
• Review RCM documentation and transaction details for accuracy and completeness
• Update work queues and operational systems with accurate statuses, notes, and outcomes
• Analyze trends in AR calling and denials to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve escalations and ensure consistent handling of denial cases
• Ensure quality and compliance by following SOPs and established denial/RCM handling guidelines
• Report daily/weekly activity metrics and provide clear summaries of progress, blockers, and next actions
• Use AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and learning
