Job Description
Join us as an Operations Analyst in Chennai, India to support timely patient or payer follow-up, manage denial-related work, and ensure quality and compliance in AR calling and denial workflows. The role reports to the Operations Manager and is part of the operations team that drives key initiatives across athenahealth services.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, RCM, or related claims/AR workflows
- Strong proficiency in MS office tools
- Practical experience with AR Calling and day-to-day AR follow-up activities
- Experience with denial management, including reviewing denial details and progressing cases appropriately
- Working knowledge of RCM concepts and standard operational workflows
