Job Description
Atkore is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to supervise staff, emphasizing teamwork, continuous improvement, and safety. The ideal candidate has 5 years of supervisory experience and a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or Engineering.
Requirements
- Audits product and processes to ensure conformance to specifications
- Directs set-up and adjustments of machines
- Ensures compliance of company policies and safety regulations
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures or schedules
- Implements changes in working conditions and use of equipment
- Maintains consistent and fair labor relations
- Partners with Safety and/or HR to investigate and resolve issues
