Production Shift Supervisor - Injection Molding (Days)

Atkore is searching for a Production Shift Supervisor to supervise production associates and processes at their Dallas, TX manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will lead using the Atkore Business System and Lean Daily Management, supervise injection molding operations, and coach team members to identify process issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience in injection molding operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Continuous improvement background and passion for growing Lean experience
