Production Shift Supervisor - Injection Molding (Nights)

Atkore is seeking a Night Production Shift Supervisor to lead injection molding operations and implement Lean Daily Management. The successful candidate will have supervisory experience in manufacturing and a background in injection molding operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience in injection molding operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Continuous improvement background and passion for growing Lean experience
