Job Description
Atkore is seeking a Night Production Shift Supervisor to supervise production associates and processes responsible for manufacturing PVC Injection Molded products. The supervisor will lead using the Atkore Business System and Lean Daily Management, and ensure proper material handling to maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in injection molding operations strongly preferred, including machine setup and parameter adjustments, troubleshooting machine and mold issues, and understanding of resins and how to process.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, including conflict resolution.
- Continuous improvement background (GEMBA, 5S, Standard Work, Kaizen, Kanban, etc.) and passion for growing your Lean experience.
