Atkore is searching for a Production Shift Supervisor to supervise production associates and processes at their Dallas, TX manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for leading the team, improving processes, and ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience in injection molding operations strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Continuous improvement background and passion for growing Lean experience
