Value Stream Manager

Atkore is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead the Operations team of one of their Value Streams, with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, a Lean manufacturing background, and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management
• Three to five years of management/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong Lean manufacturing background
• Proven track record of Lean accomplishments and cost out and process improvements
• Experience with JD Edwards, SAP or any other ERP is a plus
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications
