Job Description
Atkore is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead the Operations team in one of their Value Streams, responsible for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations and a background in lean manufacturing.
Requirements
- Design, develop and implement the Atkore Business System, Lean Daily Management and Strategy Deployment Process
- Drive Atkore’s Lean Excellence strategy
- Operational leadership
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements
- Create, implement, and modify standardized work
- Develop and coach team members with necessary skills
- Develop and manage supervisors and associates in the value stream
