Value Stream Manager

Atkore is looking for a Value Stream Manager to lead the Operations team and drive the company's Lean Excellence strategy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations and a strong background in Lean manufacturing. The Value Stream Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the Atkore Business System, Lean Daily Management, and Strategy Deployment Process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management
• Three to five years of management/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong Lean manufacturing background
• Proven track record of Lean accomplishments and cost out and process improvements
• Experience with JD Edwards, SAP, or other ERP systems
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications
• Ability to analyze information and create reports
