Join the Atlassian Advisory Services team as a Solution Consultant with a Cloud Platform focus. Collaborate with peers to deliver strategic technical guidance to clients, aligning product capabilities with business needs. Help customers unleash the potential of their teams and get the most out of their Atlassian investment.
Collaborate with customers to solve business challenges and achieve internal goals through Atlassian products, practices, and solutions. Identify opportunities for service and product expansion within a client's organization. Create technical solution content and prescriptive guidance to support customer goals and outcomes.
We're looking for someone with 4-6 years of experience in SaaS companies, 2+ years of customer-facing experience, and expertise in Atlassian Cloud ecosystems. Fluency in English is required, and professional-level German communication skills are a significant advantage.
