Role Overview

Join the Atlassian Advisory Services team as a Senior Solution Consultant with a Cloud Platform focus. Collaborate with peers to deliver strategic outcomes, partner with customers to solve business challenges, and cultivate industry expertise. Work with non-customer-facing teams to advocate for customer needs and innovative solutions.

6-8 years of experience in SaaS companies, 5+ years of customer-facing experience, expertise in Atlassian Cloud Platform, and experience with ITSM products and Atlassian ecosystem.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience within SaaS companies
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Experience administering Atlassian Cloud ecosystems
• Background in SaaS based-architectures, integration methods, and associated security considerations
• Experience performing Cloud migration process at varying customer scales
• Experience with popular best-in-breed products in the ITSM space and Atlassian ecosystem
• Fluency in English, and nice to have a second language such as Bahasa, Thai, Mandarin for business communication
