Job Description
Atmosphere is seeking an HR Business Partner to support managers in building strong, accountable teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or employee relations depth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including meaningful HRBP or employee relations depth
- Strong judgment and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Experience leading difficult conversations with clarity and composure
- Direct, concise communication style
- Balanced approach to empathy and accountability
- Solid understanding of employment law fundamentals
- Strong follow-through and ownership mindset
- Comfort operating in a lean, scaling organization
